Since 1990

With over 33 years of Anderson construction experience, Allen Parnell understands the needs of commercial and industrial businesspeople. His reputation of integrity and an emphasis on the buyer’s needs have transformed what used to be a part-time job in high school into a career and a passion for building commercial construction in Anderson, South Carolina.

Allen became a licensed Residential Contractor in 1989, and with the help of his father, Colyer Parnell, PARCO Builders Inc. was established in 1990. He took his vision one step further in 2001 and became a licensed General Contractor, expanding his trade to include commercial construction.

Parco General and Mechanical Contractors, formerly Parco Builders Inc., traces its roots back to the 1980s when Colyer Parnell embarked on a journey to carve a niche in the building industry. With a vision to construct quality structures, the company initially dipped its toes into residential and commercial building projects. Allen Parnell always assisted his father and officially joined forces as a partner in 1990.

Under the dynamic leadership of Colyer and Allen Parnell, Parco underwent a significant transformation. Today, Parco General and Mechanical Contractors continues to be owned and operated by Allen Parnell and is a testament to the Parnell duo’s vision and hard work. The company continues flourishing with a history spanning several decades, leaving an indelible mark on the commercial construction landscape.
